WSRA---News Letter

        John and I hope that this finds all of you well, and have had an enjoyable and prosperous Holiday season.  It is once again snowing here as I am working on this.  January is well underway but already we are dreaming about spring and summer.  It must be coming!  This week we received the entry form for the Rock Springs in door car show, which is February 9th and 10th.  If you want more information contact Kent Porenta at 307.352.6789 ext. 204.  The Tri State Swap Meet sponsored by the Sabers in at the National Western Complex on also on February 9th and 10th.  We also received the Counts of the Cobblestone newsletter and their indoor car show is February 29, March 1 and 2.  For more information, contact Zach Kreun at 605.348.0661.           

            Stan is still the web master and keeping up our Web Site.  If you have any events that you would like him to add contact him at stang1@bresnan.net his phone number is 307.265.7314.  

            The date for the spring meeting in Casper is April 26th at Rob and Mert Payton’s Garage.  Guests and members are welcome and for information call Ed, me, or the NSRA representatives for details.  This will be held in conjunction with NSRA appreciation day as we have done in the past.  NSRA officials will provide the main dish, WSRA the drinks and if you choose, bring something to share.  At this meeting, I hope to have new certificates for the Area Representative for their WSRA picks.  By then I hope that we can have the new application form nearly ready as well.  

            The date is for the picnic on August 23, 208 in Sheridan.  I am sure by the April meeting there will be more details.

             I have not heard anything from Stan about the Street Rod legislation but I’m sure we will in the next few weeks.
